Sets the position of the object on its orbit given the elapsed seconds.
Parameters
- object: OrbitalObject
  The object we want to update the position of
- parents: OrbitalObject[]
- referencePlaneRotation: Matrix
- elapsedSeconds: number
  The time elapsed since the beginning of time in seconds
Returns void
